Michiel Kramer double helps down Groningen

Michiel Kramer scores twice as ADO Den Haag record a 3-0 victory over Groningen in the Eredivisie.

A second-half brace from Michiel Kramer helped ADO Den Haag record a 3-0 victory over Groningen this afternoon.

After a goalless first half, the deadlock was eventually broken in the 56th minute by Thomas Kristensen.

The visitors pushed hard for an equaliser during the minutes that remained, but they were caught on the counter-attack as Kramer doubled his team's advantage in the 82nd minute.

The 25-year-old striker then made sure of the outcome in the closing stages when he scored his second goal of the encounter from inside the area.
