Ajax midfielder Vurnon Anita has said that he would "seriously consider" a move to the Premier League this summer.
However, the 23-year-old, who has reportedly attracted interest from Newcastle United and Sunderland in recent weeks, insists that he is willing to remain at the Amsterdam ArenA if his current employers refuse to sell him.
"I am going to seriously consider any interest and will discuss it with my parents," said Anita.
"The Premier League is a top competition where I would want to play.
"Ajax say they won't let me go and I'm tied up here until 2014. It would be no punishment to stay, but you never know."
Anita has been capped three times at senior international level.
