Damian Martinez to start in goal for Arsenal against Anderlecht?

Youngster Damian Martinez is expected to start in goal for Arsenal when they face Anderlecht in the Champions League on Wednesday.

Inexperienced goalkeeper Damian Martinez is expected to start for Arsenal in Wednesday's Champions League encounter with Anderlecht.

First-choice stopper Wojciech Szczesny is currently suspended, while summer signing David Ospina has been ruled out through injury.

Martinez, 22, is likely to be named in Arsene Wenger's starting lineup when the Gunners take to the field in Belgium, according to Sky Sports News.

The Argentine youngster has made just two appearances for Arsenal since he joined the club in 2010.

Meanwhile, either 17-year-old Ryan Huddart or 18-year-old Josh Vickers will be named on the bench for the Group D clash.
