Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez available to face Chelsea

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is hopeful that he will have Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez available for selection against Chelsea.

Arsene Wenger has said that Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez should both be fit for Arsenal's London derby against Chelsea on Sunday afternoon.

German playmaker Ozil missed last weekend's 0-0 draw away at Stoke City with a toe complaint, while Sanchez has been sidelined since late November because of a hamstring injury.

However, while Ozil is certain to return, Wenger is also hopeful that his Chilean attacker will be available for selection.

"Ozil certainly will be available and Sanchez, the next two days will be decisive, but I think this time he will make it," the Arsenal boss told reporters.

The Gunners go into the clash at the Emirates Stadium top of the Premier League table.
