Arsenal midfielder Mikel Arteta believes that improved communication has helped his side achieve their recent good run of form.
The Gunners have won their last four matches in all competitions, culminating in an impressive 2-1 win against West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns on Saturday.
The Spaniard has suggested that a unity has grown within the group since beating Bayern Munich last month.
"We have improved our communication since the Bayern game, but there is still further room to improve too," Arteta told the club's official site.
"You talk whenever you think it is necessary. There's no point just talking for the sake of talking - you only open your mouth to say something important or relevant. If not, it is better to keep your mouth shut!
"Communication can help the team to unlock its potential, it's one of the things that can be improved. From the things we can do as a group, I think this is one of the important factors."
Arsenal are looking to secure a top-four finish in the Premier League for the 16th successive season.
