Michael Owen has claimed that Arsenal are "punching above their weight" this season.
The Gunners are through to the FA Cup quarter-finals, while currently sitting second in the Premier League.
Arsene Wenger's side face Bayern Munich in the Champions League this week, and the former England striker has said that the North Londoners are performing better than expected this term.
He told The Telegraph: "If I were picking the Premier League top XI, I wouldn't have an Arsenal player in it.
"I don't think they have the quality of Chelsea, Manchester City, or half of Liverpool. They are punching above their weight.
"They don't have the absolute quality to win the Champions League."
Arsenal will play Everton next in the FA Cup.
