Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti will have to name a replacement for the injured Antonio Rudiger for Wednesday's Copa del Rey quarter-final against Leganes at Butarque.
Rudiger is set to miss around three weeks of action after being forced off with a hamstring injury in the first half of Saturday's 1-0 defeat to Espanyol in La Liga.
Ancelotti will now have to decide whether Raul Asencio or David Alaba will start in central defence alongside Aurelien Tchouameni.
With Alaba short of match practice, Asencio is likely to get the nod to offer protection to goalkeeper Andriy Lunin, who is expected to start after featuring in Real Madrid's first two Copa del Rey matches.
Lucas Vazquez will retain his place on the right side of defence, while Ferland Mendy could come in for Fran Garcia, with Ancelotti looking to manage his squad ahead of Saturday's derby against Atletico Madrid and next Tuesday's Champions League meeting with Manchester City.
With that in mind, Luka Modric could be given the chance to start alongside Federico Valverde in the middle of the park.
Brahim Diaz may also be a part of any potential changes, although Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Junior are all likely to retain their places in the lineup.
Kylian Mbappe will continue to spearhead the Real Madrid attack, with the Frenchman looking to add to the 21 goals he has scored this season, including a strike in the 5-2 extra-time win over Celta Vigo in the previous round.
Meanwhile, long-term absentees Dani Carvajal and Eder Militao remain sidelined, while Eduardo Camavinga is unlikely to be ready for the cup fixture after missing the last five matches with a hamstring injury.
Real Madrid possible starting lineup: Lunin; Vazquez, Tchouameni, Asencio, Mendy; Valverde, Modric; Brahim, Bellingham, Vinicius; Mbappe
