Preview: Arsenal vs. Tottenham Hotspur

Sports Mole previews the North London derby between Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur at the Emirates.

Tottenham Hotspur will be hoping to end Arsenal's unbeaten start to the Premier League season when they travel to the Emirates for the first North London derby of the campaign this weekend.

Mauricio Pochettino's side, who sit ninth in the table, are without a win from their last three matches in the league, but returned to winning ways in the League Cup earlier this week, beating Nottingham Forest 3-1.

There are no fresh injuries for Spurs, with only Kyle Walker out as he continues to recover from abdominal surgery.

Ryan Mason may have done enough to earn himself a place in the squad, having scored his first goal for the club during their Capital One Cup match.

Meanwhile, the home side are unbeaten in the league, but lost during the week when they took on Southampton in the League Cup.

After a run of three draws in the Premier League, the Gunners clinched a 3-0 win over Aston Villa last weekend, leaving them fourth in the table.

Nacho Monreal could be ready to make his return from a back injury which has forced him to miss Arsenal's last three matches in all competitions, while Mathieu Flamini is in line for a return from a groin injury.

Several players remain out though, with Yaya Sanogo, Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott all still missing.

Arsenal have won four of their last five meetings with their local rivals, including both of their meetings in the league last season.
