Arsenal's Santi Cazorla content to stay with club for "the moment"

Santi Cazorla insists that he is happy at Arsenal for "the moment" following speculation linking the Spaniard with a move to La Liga champions Atletico Madrid.

Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla has insisted that he is "happy" at the Emirates, but suggests that he may consider his long-term future.

The Spaniard recently fuelled speculation that he could sign for La Liga champions Atletico Madrid when he claimed last month that he would think about his future once the World Cup in Brazil was over.

After holders Spain went crashing out of the tournament at the group stage, it appears that Cazorla has opted to stay with the Gunners for the remainder of his contract.

Cazorla told ESPN: "I'm very happy at Arsenal, I've got two more years here on my contract. Arsenal is great for me. I'm happy to be here at the moment and focus on that."

Meanwhile, Arsenal have boosted their team ahead of the 2014-15 campaign by signing Barcelona forward Alexis Sanchez on a long-term deal for a fee in the region of £30m.
