Arsenal defender Thomas Vermaelen has insisted that he will not talk about his future with the club.
The 28-year-old has made just three Premier League appearances for the Gunners this season, with Per Mertesacker and Laurent Koscielny being the preferred options in the centre of defence.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has hinted that Vermaelen, who has 18 months remaining on his contract, will be offered fresh terms.
However, when asked about his situation at the club, the Belgium international told Het Laatste Nieuws: "It makes no sense to talk about it now. I have learned to make no long-term plans, so I won't say anything."
It has been reported that Manchester United will make a move for Vermaelen this summer.
