French coach Didier Deschamps has suggested that Arsenal midfielder Abou Diaby could start in Friday's World Cup qualifier against Finland.
The injury-plagued 26-year-old earned a number of plaudits for his performance in the Gunners' 2-0 win at Liverpool last weekend.
"Diaby may start the game on Friday," said Deschamps. "Also, I don't want to change the defence in each game. We must find an understanding."
Diaby has made 15 appearances for Les Bleus following his debut in 2007.
