Charles N'Zogbia "very happy" at Aston Villa

French winger Charles N'Zogbia insists that he is "very happy" playing for Aston Villa.

Charles N'Zogbia has moved to dismiss speculation that he is unhappy with life at Aston Villa.

The 25-year-old was quoted on Twitter last month saying that he was "not happy" with the path his career had taken.

However, the winger has now claimed that his words were taken out context.

"I would like to clarify because I have not been quoted correctly," N'Zogbia told The Sun. "The most important point is that I'm very happy to be an Aston Villa player.

"I appreciate that the manager brought me here and I want to repay this by performing well for the club."

N'Zogbia joined Villa last summer from Wigan Athletic.
