Andreas Weimann: 'Aston Villa coming together'

Andreas Weimann says that Aston Villa are starting to click under Paul Lambert.

Aston Villa striker Andreas Weimann believes that his side are starting to find form after a poor start to the season.

The 21-year-old had put Villa 2-0 against Manchester United on Saturday before the league leaders stormed back to record a 3-2 win at Villa Park.

Despite the defeat, the Austrian feels that his side can take a lot of positives from the game and that the team are starting to click under Paul Lambert.

"I think we've been playing quite good over the last couple of weeks and I think it's starting to come together," Weimann told talkSPORT.

"I think you saw [against Manchester United] we all work hard for each other and we're really enjoying our football at the moment."

Villa travel to Manchester City in their next Premier League fixture on Saturday.
