Aston Villa are willing to let striker Darren Bent leave for as little as £5m this summer, according to a report.
The England international has been linked with an exit from Villa Park after finding first-team opportunities limited last season due to the form of Christian Benteke.
Manager Paul Lambert is prepared to allow the striker to leave the club for £5m as Villa received no bid after placing an £8m valuation on him.
The reduced fee has alerted Newcastle United, Hull City and Fulham and they will all begin a bidding war, reports The Sun.
Bent joined Villa in January 2011 from Sunderland for a reported fee of £24m.
