Sevilla have reportedly become the latest side to have shown an interest in Aston Villa defender Jordan Amavi, seeing their initial offer of £5.3m knocked back.
The 23-year-old confirmed last month that he has been transfer listed by the Villans, who are looking to cash in while he still has three years left to run on his contract.
According to The Sun, Sevilla have seen a bid fall well short of Villa's £10.5m asking price, which they are confident will be met due to the high interest.
Atletico Madrid, Napoli, Paris Saint-Germain and AS Monaco have all been touted as possible destinations for Amavi, while owner Tony Xia claimed in January that Marseille had made a £25m approach.
The money made by selling the Frenchman will likely go straight back towards funding a promotion push, as manager Steve Bruce is given the chance to shape his side.
