Celtic captain Scott Brown fails to make the team as the midfielder continues to overcome an ankle problem.

Celtic have decided not to risk captain Scott Brown against Atletico Madrid as the midfielder continues to struggle with an ankle injury.

While the Scottish international remains sidelined, manager Neil Lennon has included traditional winger James Forrest up front for the Hoops.

Meanwhile, Atletico Madrid's star striker Falcao has been demoted to the bench for the Spanish side.

Celtic were defeated 2-0 by Atletico in the side's previous fixture in Group I.
