Barcelona team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Granada

Sports Mole rounds up Barcelona's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Sunday's La Liga showdown with Granada.

Barcelona will be aiming to stay clear of Real Madrid at the top of La Liga on Sunday when they take on Granada at the Camp Nou.

The Blaugrana are ahead of Real Madrid on goal difference going into the weekend and will be hoping to bounce back from a disappointing draw with local rivals Espanyol in their last La Liga fixture.

However, their preparation for this match has been far from ideal, with the club sacking manager Ernesto Valverde and replacing him with Quique Setien just six days before they play host to 10th-placed Granada, who beat them 2-0 in the reverse fixture in September.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Barcelona's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the La Liga clash.

Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: May 10 (vs. Real Valladolid)

Luis Suarez was ruled out for four months this weekend after learning the full damage of a knee injury he picked up during Barcelona's Supercopa de Espana defeat to Atletico Madrid. The Uruguayan is set to return to full fitness in May.

Ousmane Dembele
