Barcelona winger Francisco Trincao has reportedly emerged as a surprise transfer target for Leicester City.
In January, Barcelona announced that they had agreed to sign the prospect from Braga in a deal worth €31m (£27.99m).
Having spent the remainder of the campaign in Portugal, the 20-year-old is now due to feature in Barcelona's first-team squad next season.
However, according to The Guardian, Leicester have offered the Catalan giants an opportunity to make a quick profit on the attacker.
The report claims that the Foxes are willing to commit to a £45m deal, providing that they can initially sign Trincao on a two-year loan.
Barcelona are only likely to consider a sale if they cannot offload the likes of Philippe Coutinho or Ousmane Dembele.
