Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has reportedly made signing Neymar his primary aim after being urged to go all out for the Paris Saint-Germain forward by the club's biggest stars.
Neymar was rumoured to be on the verge of returning to Camp Nou last summer, two years on from sealing a record-breaking £198m switch to the French capital.
The Brazil international has never truly settled at PSG and has previously hinted at his desire to return to La Liga, with Real Madrid also believed to hold an interest.
Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo suggests that Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Gerard Pique are leading the push for under-fire Bartomeu to bring Neymar back to Catalonia.
The report indicates that negotiations will re-open ahead of the summer transfer window.
Meanwhile, it has been claimed elsewhere that Antoine Griezmann and Ousmane Dembele may be offered to PSG in exchange for Neymar.
