Monaco coach Leonardo Jardim has opted to leave Chelsea loanee Mario Pasalic and winger Bernardo Silva out of the starting lineup for the trip to Bastia.
Instead, Les Rouges et Blanc will go with Lacina Traore up front, while Nabil Dirar and Fabio Coentrao will provide support from the flanks.
Ricardo Carvalho also starts in defence for Monaco, who are four points off a Champions League place.
Meanwhile, Bastia will go with five men in midfield and Florian Raspentino up front on his own.
Floyd Ayite is among the substitutes for the Corsicans, who beat Bordeaux 1-0 in midweek.
