Borussia Dortmund take on Bayern Munich at Wembley on Saturday in the first all-German Champions League final.

Europe's premier club competition the Champions League comes to a close at Wembley on Saturday night as German giants Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund clash.

It has been a remarkable run from Dortmund to this point, as they got through the 'Group of Death', which included Manchester City and Real Madrid.

They faced Real again in the semi-finals, beating them 4-3 on aggregate, after their dramatic last-gasp victory over Malaga the round before.

Bayern achieved the highest ever semi-final aggregate win by trouncing Barcelona 7-0 over two legs, and they will head into Saturday's clash as heavy favourites.

Jurgen Klopp has been dealt the blow that playmaker Mario Gotze, who is joining Dortmund's opponents at the end of the season, will miss the clash through injury.

There are no such concerns for the departing Jupp Heynckes, however, who has a full squad at his disposal and is likely to stick with Mario Mandzukic up front instead of Mario Gomez.
