Franck Ribery lauds "outstanding" Robert Lewandowski

Franck Ribery says that he has been impressed with Robert Lewandowski following the striker's recent arrival at Bayern Munich.

Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery has praised Robert Lewandowski following his recent arrival at the club.

The Polish international joined the German champions on a free transfer at the beginning of the month and has scored three goals for the club during pre-season.

"Robert is an outstanding football player," Ribery told Bayern's official website. "The interaction with the team is getting better every day. He is good for us. He has quickly integrated and we have a lot of fun together."

Lewandowski was the top scorer in the Bundesliga last season with 20 goals.
