Bayern Munich midfielder Luiz Gustavo quells suggestions that he could leave the German outfit this summer.

Luiz Gustavo has insisted that he does not want to leave Bayern Munich this summer.

It has been suggested that recent arrivals at the German outfit would force the Brazilian to seek new pastures, but the experienced midfielder has quelled such claims.

He told Deutsche Presseagentur: "I want to stay on at Bayern Munich. I am under contract with the club and I want to fulfil that commitment.

"I have been in a position to fight for a first team role throughout my career. I will keep on fighting this year, too."

Arsenal have been strongly linked with a move for the midfielder.
