Blackburn Rovers manager Michael Appleton has admitted that he was left "happy" by yesterday's FA Cup quarter-final draw.
Appleton's side have been paired with fellow Championship outfit Millwall, with the winner earning a place at Wembley for the semi-finals.
Looking ahead to the encounter, Appleton has insisted that it is a tie that either team could win.
"I think both sides will probably be happy with it. First and foremost it will be fantastic that the Championship will have a football club in the semi-finals of the FA Cup," he is quoted as saying by the club's official website.
"I think Millwall will probably go into the game slight favourites with home advantage, but I think it is a tie that both sides would have probably took in the draw when you look at some of the teams that are in it.
"Millwall will be thinking exactly the same thing, not too many neutrals will be sure which way it will go, I just think it is a good opportunity to get ourselves into a semi-final at Wembley."
Rovers reached the last eight courtesy of a 1-0 victory over Arsenal on Saturday afternoon.
