Sports Mole looks ahead to the Championship match between Hull City and Blackburn Rovers at the KC Stadium.

Hull City head into their home encounter against Blackburn Rovers in one of the Championship's two automatic positions.

The Tigers are also in good form in front of their own supporters at the KC Stadium of late, having lost just one of their last seven outings in the league. They've actually been in good form at home all season and a return of 32 points from a possible 48 proves that point.

There is a real Egyptian feel about Hull at the moment in the form of Ahmed Fathi, Ahmed Elmohamady and Mohamed Gedo. The latter has made an instant impression on the Hull faithful as a result of two goals from his two matches.

All three are expected to be included in Steve Bruce's lineup for the visit of Blackburn.

Staying with Rovers, manager Michael Appleton make may a handful of changes to the team that recorded an FA Cup upset at Arsenal on Saturday. The midfield in particular worked extremely hard at the Emirates Stadium so Appleton is likely to freshen things up.

They make the trip to Humberside having claimed a win and a draw from their last two trips to the KC Stadium.
