The editor of the Lancashire Telegraph has revealed that Monday's front-page headline will call for Blackburn Rovers manager Steve Kean to leave and owners Venky's to "get a grip on the club".

Fans have held a number of protests in recent months to try and oust both parties from Ewood Park following a string of bad results which has left them 19th in the Premier League table.

"LT splash tomorrow: We call for Rovers boss Keane [sic] to go and for owners Venky's to get a grip on the club," tweeted editor Kevin Young.

Kean's side face a crunch league match on Tuesday when they host fellow strugglers Bolton Wanderers.
