Michael Chopra hits out at Blackpool

Michael Chopra hits out at the way Blackpool is run following the club's cancelling of a pre-season tour due to lack of players.

Former Blackpool striker Michael Chopra has hit out at the club after they were forced to cancel their pre-season tour of Spain.

The Seasiders pulled out of the planned trip on Tuesday due to a lack of players in their squad, and Chopra, who was released by the club earlier this summer, took to Twitter to criticise his old team.

He tweeted: "Wash ur own kit clean ur own boots and even bring ur own water to training can only happen at Blackpool."

The Tangerines currently only have eight players registered, with no goalkeepers.
