Preview: Blackpool vs. Millwall

Sports Mole previews Tuesday night's Championship match between Blackpool and Millwall.

Blackpool will view Tuesday's visit of Millwall as a great chance to end their 17-match winless streak in the Championship.

The Tangerines haven't won in the league since the end of November, losing 13 of their 17 games since then to plunge down towards the foot of the table.

Now under the interim charge of Barry Ferguson, the Lancashire club are just six points above the drop zone after starting the season on fire.

When Millwall beat Blackpool in the seventh gameweek of the season, the Seasiders were top of the table and it was their first loss of the season. How things have changed.

Tomorrow night, Tony McMahon is available for Ferguson after serving a suspension while Jack Robinson serves the last of his three-game ban.

Neal Bishop is also pushing for a return in midfield.

Visitors Millwall ended their own seven-game winless run by upsetting promotion hopefuls Derby County on Saturday.

It came at a price though as DJ Campbell, Danny Shittu, Scott Malone, Shane Lowry and David Forde all picked up knocks at the iPro Stadium.

Shittu and Campbell are Ian Holloway's biggest doubts for tomorrow night's trip to Bloomfield Road.

Millwall go into the game perched just above the drop zone and could pull further away from the bottom three with a win.
