Bolton Wanderers manager Dougie Freedman insists that his former side Crystal Palace have not changed under the leadership of Ian Holloway.

Bolton Wanderers manager Dougie Freedman believes that he will face a similar setup when his side take on his former club Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Freedman returns to Selhurst Park for the first time since departing as the Eagles boss in October and the 38-year-old has insisted that Palace have not changed their approach under his replacement Ian Holloway.

Freedman told BBC Radio Manchester: "Looking at the videos, there's not been a lot of tinkering with the team.

"I'm expecting exactly what I left behind - a very good, solid team that's hard to break down."

Freedman has helped Bolton to 16th place in the Championship table, while Palace are sitting in fourth.
