Bolton Wanderers agree Dorian Dervite signing

Bolton Wanderers confirm that they will sign Dorian Dervite from Charlton Athletic when his contract expires on June 30.

Bolton Wanderers have confirmed that they will sign Dorian Dervite when his contract with Charlton Athletic expires on June 30.

The 25-year-old defender, who has agreed a three-year deal at the Reebok Stadium, will become Bolton's fifth signing of the summer transfer window.

Dervite, who played alongside Bolton boss Dougie Freedman while on loan at Southend United in 2009, has said that he is looking forward to joining the Trotters.

"I have played in the Championship for the past two years now, and during my first season it was important for me to adapt to the league," he told Bolton's official website.

"In my second year I felt more comfortable and I think that people could see that in my play. Now I'm with Bolton, I hope that I can carry on improving and developing as a player."

Dervite made 75 appearances in two years with Charlton.
