Kazenga LuaLua came close to scoring for the home side when his effort came back off the bar.

The home side eqaulised in the 53rd minute when Jay Spearing deflected a LuaLua free kick into his own net.

Brighton took the lead two minutes later after Inigo Calderon fired home from inside the box before Will Buckley added their third goal of the afternoon when he cut inside and curled a shot into the top corner.
