Sports Mole previews Tuesday's Championship clash between Burnley and Huddersfield Town.

Huddersfield Town travel to Burnley on Tuesday knowing that three points would move them six points clear of the Championship relegation zone.

Their form in the early stages of the season indicated that a playoff push could be on the cards, but a run of just one win in their last six matches has dropped them into relegation trouble.

Burnley, meanwhile, have also taken just five points from their last six matches, but they sit just eight points clear of the playoffs having taken 44 points from 33 matches.

The reverse fixture earlier in the season ended in a 2-0 win for Huddersfield, but Mark Robins's side have won just four of their 16 league fixtures on the road in this campaign.

Burnley have been fairly solid at home, meanwhile, winning seven of their 16 fixtures, taking 26 points in the process.

The home side have no fresh injury concerns ahead of the clash, but Sam Vokes is expected to come into the attack alongside top-scorer Charlie Austin.

Huddersfield could also keep the same team that featured against Ipswich Town at the weekend should James Vaughan overcome a muscular strain.

Recent form:

Burnley: LDLDL
Huddersfield: DWLLD

Possible lineups:

Burnley: Grant; Trippier, Laffety, Shackwell, Long; McCann, Marney, Stock, Stanislas; Austin, Vokes

Huddersfield: Smithies; Woods, Dixon, Clarke, Gerrard; Clayton, Gobern, Arfield, Danns; Novak, Vaughan

Sports Mole says: 1-0
