Scott Arfield, who scored the winner at Ewood Park, continues on the right-hand side of midfield, with George Boyd beginning on the opposite flank.

Top scorer Andre Gray, who has netted six times in 13 Championship outings, starts alongside Sam Vokes while Joey Barton keeps his spot in central midfield.

Chris Powell makes two alterations to the Huddersfield Town side that succumbed to a 2-1 home defeat to Derby.

Jamie Paterson makes his 100th league start in place of the injured Sean Scannell, while Mustapha Carayol is preferred in midfield ahead of Nakhi Wells who drops to the bench.
