Burnley have reportedly entered talks with French club Nantes over the possibility of signing midfielder Abdoulaye Toure.
The 24-year-old enjoyed an impressive season last time out, playing 38 games in Ligue 1 as the Canaries finished ninth in the table.
According to French newspaper L'Equipe, Burnley have offered the former France Under-20 player a five-year contract following talks with Nantes over a £10m deal.
The report also states that Sevilla are interested in Toure, but the Clarets are believed to be in pole position for the defensive lynchpin's signature.
Toure, who was voted Player of the Year by Nantes in 2017-18, is contracted to the club until 2022.
