Burnley boss Sean Dyche vows to sign more players before end of transfer window

Burnley boss Sean Dyche insists that more players will join the club before the end of the transfer window.

Burnley boss Sean Dyche has vowed to sign more players before the end of the transfer window.

The Clarets have brought in eight new faces to Turf Moor since their relegation from the Premier League last season, and Dyche is fully confident that he will be able to boost his squad further in the coming weeks.

"We are active, we will be bringing players in, so it's not a concern," the 44-year-old told BBC Sport. "We don't have to - we will be doing. The latest is we're in the market to bring players in."

Burnley were knocked out in the first round of the League Cup last night with a 1-0 defeat away to Port Vale.
