Preview: Celtic vs. Dinamo Zagreb

Sports Mole looks ahead to Thursday's Europa League encounter between Celtic and Dinamo Zagreb at Celtic Park.

Celtic have the chance to win their first match of this season's Europa League on Thursday when they entertain Group D leaders Dinamo Zagreb.

The Scottish champions got their campaign off to a solid start two weeks ago with a 2-2 draw in Germany against Red Bull Salzburg.

Ronny Deila's side have also been in good form domestically, earning three wins in their last three Premiership matches.

However, Zagreb make the trip to Glasgow full of confidence thanks to an unbeaten run of 11 games in all competitions that has included nine victories.

The Croatians top the group after earning an emphatic 5-1 win at home to Astra Giurgiu in their opening fixture of the competition.

Adam Matthews and Mikael Lustig are injury doubts for the hosts, while Charlie Mulgrew is also expected to miss out. Loan signing John Guidetti is unavailable because he joined the club from Manchester City after UEFA's deadline for squad registration.
