Andre Villas-Boas refuses to rule out John Terry for Saturday's FA Cup fourth round tie at Queens Park Rangers.

Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas has refused to leave captain John Terry out of Saturday's FA Cup fourth round tie at Queens Park Rangers.

The defender was charged last month by the Crown Prosecution Service over claims that he racially abused Rangers defender Anton Ferdinand during a Premier League match in October.

Despite the controversy surrounding Terry's return to Loftus Road, Villas-Boas has insisted that he will be part of his plans.

"There is no temptation to do that (leave him out)," he said. "I think he will cope with it. He will be in contention as he is part of the squad."

Terry, who denies the allegations, will face a hearing at West London magistrates court on Wednesday, February 1.
