Michael Owen tips Chelsea for Premier League

Michael Owen tips Chelsea for the Premier League title this season, following the arrival of Jose Mourinho as the Blues' manager.

Michael Owen has tipped Chelsea to win the Premier League this season.

Owen, who retired this summer, feels that the return of Jose Mourinho will be the biggest factor in helping the Blues win the title.

"Chelsea are my favourites to win the league irrespective of transfer activity," Owen told Sportlobster.

"The return of Jose Mourinho has transformed the atmosphere at Stamford Bridge.

"Mourinho has never lost at home in the Premier League and the 'Special One' thoroughly deserves his self-appointed title."
