Shane Long will play as a lone striker for West Brom, while Steve Clarke has decided to leave Saido Berhaino on the bench at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea: Cech, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta, Ramires, Lampard, Hazard, Oscar, Willian, Eto'o

West Brom: Myhill, Reid, McAuley, Olsson, Ridgewell, Yacob, Mulumbu, Amalfitano, Sessegnon, Brunt, Long
