The father of Malmo defender Anel Ahmedhodzic has confirmed that his son has held talks over a move to Chelsea.
The Blues are understood to be lining up a £7.2m bid for the 21-year-old centre-back, who rejoined Malmo after making just one appearance during a three-year spell at Nottingham Forest.
However, Ahmedhodzic senior has claimed that his son's agent Markus Rosenberg is blocking a switch to Stamford Bridge despite talks with Chelsea transfer chief Marina Granovskaia.
"[Rosenberg] is not doing his job. He has told Marina at Chelsea that Anel is not going there," Mirsad Ahmedhodzic told Sportbladet.
"[Anel] wants to go abroad after the season finishes."
Ahmedhodzic's form since rejoining Malmo saw him earn a debut for Sweden earlier this year, although he has since switched citizenship and made two appearances for Bosnia-Herzegovina.
