Real Madrid are reportedly prepared to make a sensational bid for Manchester City's Sergio Aguero, but only if they can sell Gonzalo Higuain to Chelsea.

Real Madrid are reportedly considering a big-money move for Manchester City star Sergio Aguero, with Gonzalo Higuain moving to Chelsea.

The hierarchy at the Bernabeu are said to be eager to clinch the Argentina international, who moved to the North West last summer.

It is believed that the Spanish giants are prepared to sell Higuain to the Blues at the end of the season, which will fund a bid for Aguero, according to the Daily Mail.

While Real are determined to nab the 23-year-old, there could be a problem as Aguero's former club Atletico Madrid reportedly stated that the striker should not be sold to their bitter rivals within two years of the player moving to Man City.
