Everton's Phil Jagielka leaves Goodison Park on crutches following his side's 2-1 defeat at home to Bolton Wanderers.

Everton defender Phil Jagielka has reportedly left Goodison Park on crutches following his side's 2-1 defeat against Bolton Wanderers.

The England international was substituted after his challenge stopped David Ngog from giving Wanderers a half-time lead.

The 29-year-old was then replaced by Jack Rodwell.

Manager David Moyes has said that he will know the extent of the injury once Jagielka undergoes a scan.
