Everton manager David Moyes has admitted that his side were never comfortable against Norwich City and he was disappointed with their performance.
The Toffees led through Steven Naismith until stoppage time when Sebastien Bassong leveled for the Canaries with a powerful header.
Moyes thinks that Everton should have were unlucky to concede the free-kick which led to the equaliser.
He told BBC Sport: "I thought Steve Morison mis-kicked the ball in front of us and I don't think it was a free-kick.
"It was a tough game but we should have seen it out and I am disappointed we didn't. We had the opportunities to make it 2-0 but Norwich were always knocking on the door."
A draw with Norwich means that Everton stay in fifth place, three points behind Chelsea and a Champions League place.
