Everton have reportedly not received any offers from rival clubs for midfielder Marouane Fellaini.
There have been suggestions that Fellaini could be on his way out of Goodison Park following the departure of manager David Moyes to Manchester United.
While Arsenal have been linked with the player's services, the Merseyside club have revealed that they have not been approached by any club, according to the Liverpool Echo.
The 25-year-old is said to have a £24m buyout clause in his contract.
