Exeter City boss Paul Tisdale has told young defender Jordan Tillson to grab his first-team opportunity with both hands.
The 22-year-old has started seven of the Grecians' last eight fixtures in all competitions.
Having seen his side keep three clean sheets and concede just three goals when Tillson has featured in the league, Tisdale is more than happy to retain the faith.
"He hasn't let anyone down and he hasn't disappointed anybody," he told BBC Sport. "At the moment he's got the shirt and it's his chance to keep it."
Tillson was first given his chance to impress in the 2-1 League Cup win over Swindon Town last month.
