Despite dominating the first half, Fenerbahce have failed to make the breakthrough in a goalless 45 minutes against Lazio.

Fenerbahce took control of the contest in the early stages and could have been ahead in the 17th minute when Moussa Sow found space inside the box but the forward rifled his shot against the post.

The hosts continued to control the game but struggled to make their pressure count, with Cristian Baroni wasting an opportunity to test Federico Marchetti.
