The 23-year-old has repeatedly expressed his desire to leave Ewood Park.

A £3m offer is now likely to be accepted by the Premier League side in order to boost manager Steve Kean's transfer funds, according to The Mirror.

Rovers signed Formica from Newell's Old Boys in Argentina over the summer.
