Philippe Senderos has insisted that he is ready to return to first-team action for Martin Jol's side after starting for the Under-21 side over the weekend.
The Swiss international defender continued his recovery from a foot injury by starting for the second string against Chelsea this weekend, in his second appearance of the season.
Senderos told the club's official website that he is ready to stake a claim for a first-team place at Craven Cottage when the Premier League resumes next weekend.
He said: "I've been training with the reserves so that was my second game. I'm really happy, I'm really pleased. The sensations are good.
"I'm pleased the team is doing well in my absence as well so it's good.
"For me personally, I hope I can get my chance and grab it and be in the team. I'm available for selection so hopefully I will start again very soon."
The 27-year-old has made 30 appearance for Fulham since joining the club from Arsenal in 2010.
