Inter Milan coach Andrea Stramaccioni reveals that Antonio Cassano will miss Sunday's Serie A match at Catania following a dispute between the pair.

Inter Milan coach Andrea Stramaccioni has revealed that Antonio Cassano will miss this weekend's Serie A match with Catania following a dispute between the pair.

Reports in Italy on Saturday morning claimed that the two men clashed in an incident at the club's training ground.

"There was no physical contact, it was just a discussion," Stramaccioni is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "It annoys me that it was reported outside the training ground, as these things should stay behind closed doors.

"It was a situation that can happen in any Serie A locker room. Who knows how many times similar things happened without leaking to the papers."

Fifth-placed Inter travel to the Stadio Angelo Massimino in the league on Sunday.
