SPL roundup: Inverness up to second

Sports Mole rounds up all the action from today's Scottish Premier League games.

Inverness Caledonian Thistle moved up to second in the Scottish Premier League with a resounding 3-0 victory over Hibernian this afternoon.

Ross Draper headed Terry Butcher's side in front in the 13th minute, and Richie Foran and Billy McKay were on target in the second half to help Cally leapfrog the Edinburgh side.

Motherwell are up to third after a late Keith Lasley strike helped them edge out a battling Ross County side 3-2.

Aberdeen missed the opportunity to move level on points with fourth-placed Hibs, going down 2-0 at Hearts, while St Mirren and St Johnstone played out a 1-1 draw at Love Street.

Celtic finish the day three points clear at the top with one game in hand after defeating Kilmarnock 3-1 in today's early kickoff.
